GIS, modelling and apps

AquaBiota provides advanced services within geographic information systems (GIS), coding and development of scripts and apps. Our strength is the use of our marine and limnic knowledge in combination with technical competence.  In many projects we perform calculations, simulations and other analyses, as well as visualization and map design. We develop scripts and other programs for many applications, which increase functionality, quality and productivity. In some cases, we also write stand-alone programs to solve specialized tasks, e.g. wave exposure calculations using the program Wave Impact. The apps we develop has the aim to for example assure correct environmental sampling in the field, or to support and simplify data handling for interpretation of photos or video films.
